Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided is issued in delivered package.

Submitting a Return Request

Log in to your Duch Clothing account and navigate to My Orders. Select the item you wish to return and click Request Return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
